Heat n Limericks
Im thinking of teaching limericks tomorrow in class. I´m sitting here at an internet cafe reading limericks and chuckling all to myself, so i thought I´d share one i found...
There was a young lady from Tottenham,
Who had no manners, or else she'd forgotten 'em.
At tea at the vicar's,She tore off her knickers.
Because, she explained, she felt hot in 'em.
Maybe this lady was living in Tuxtla Gutierrez? If so, manners are second to the heat. I´m going to get a shaved ice and then home to take a freezing cold shower!!!! sheesh!

Katie and i read this together and thought it was really really funny....actually she was on the phone with me when i read it so i read it to her....LOL ..hope you enjoyed your cold shower......
I am completely in favor of shedding of knickers whenever necessary. Like Britney Spears. Maybe that one is about her.

that was really good carrie, impressive. you are such a good little irish. at first i thought the "pub" and "pint" stuff was funny....but now i dont. now i realize that you are the best irish in the world. the irish could learn a lot from you.
